Students will:

1. Identify patterns that distinguish between linear, quadratic, and exponential functions through
a. Creating a table and comparing rules to get from one coordinate to the next
b. Graphing the coordinates

2. Writing basic linear, quadratic, and exponential equations based on values provided in coordinates

I use this set of notes in my Algebra I class in a 45 minutes class period.

Instructions for printing and assembly as well as an answer key are included.
