This activity pack includes a math center activity, worksheets, whole group work mats, math journal prompts and an assessment that can be used as a supplement to reinforce the skill of comparing numbers. In this pack, your kids will develop their vocabulary for making comparisons, using the terms: Greater than, less than and equal to. Students will also practice using the >, <, and = signs.
This pack is aligned to the Common Core Standard 1.NBT.3 Compare two two-digit numbers based on meanings of the tens and ones digits, recording the results of comparisons with the symbols >, =. <
Teacher Tip: I put my whole group work mats inside page protectors so my students can use their dry erase markers on them again and again!

I like that it has worksheets for independent practice and also 2 numbers with a box in the middle to put the correct symbol. Can be used for guided practice, center work, or partner work.
