PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

FUN and ENGAGING: Flip digit cards or roll a dice to create a three-digit number in this game of war! In my class, each partner was given a set of digit cards 0-9. Students flipped their digit cards over one at a time and chose where to write each digit (in the ones, tens, or hundreds place)...it was a gamble because they needed to make the greatest number to win the war! After each partner made their three-digit number, they used the greater than, less than, or equal sign to compare their numbers.

This activity is aligned with Virginia's 2nd Grade Math SOL 2.1c.
