Product Description
This power point lesson was created during a unit of study about the first Native Americans in our town. The power point was changed to be general- "Native Americans" and "us today." Students will compare and contrast the way the Native Americans treated their land and how we do today by viewing images in the slide show. These images show Native American reservations and general pictures of our land today. At the end of the power point, the teacher will write notes on the power point listing how the Native Americans treated their land (clean, no pollution, etc), and how we treat it today (dirty water, garbage, etc). The last slide includes an activity that can be done on the interactive technology or can be printed for an independent assessment. This power point can be used on any interactive technology.
