Product Description
The document you purchase will be fully editable- it is in generic fonts, not the fonts shown in the preview. The landmarks I have included are Stone Mountain (in Georgia), the White House, and The Great Pyramid of Giza.

Feel free to swap out Stone Mountain for another landmark your students may already be familiar with!

Students will look at how much area the landmark takes up and how much volume it could hold. This gives the students the opportunity to practice calculating area and volume of various shapes. The last question has students compare the sizes of the landmarks. I intentionally used three different shapes, so that they can start comparing based on area and volume, not dimensions.
