This exciting STEM Investigation is guaranteed to challenge and engage your students.
This week long project involves your students working in either groups or individually to use straws to create and design a Truss Bridge that meets the project constraints and criteria. Students conduct research, create blue-prints, build, test, improve and then create a presentation for their design. In addition to being an engaging, hands-on lesson, this lesson also help students build towards their understating of the Next Generation Science Standards.
This Lesson Plan Includes
