This document is one that can assist any new coach or veteran coach who is looking for new drills and game day procedures which are short and to the point so practice times aren't wasted. There over 20 practice day and winter workout drills to help get any team ready for the season. Each day is broken down into skills and drills to work on the fundamentals of Lacrosse. It can be used at the Middle School level, Varsity level, or the Collegiate level depending on how hard you want to push your athletes. It's a guide to help those break down the game and skills so that even a newly developed program can compete.
