These 30 cards have three sentences each on them. The students need to choose which sentence is a complete sentence. A recording sheet is included (as well as an answer key).
If you do not want to use these cards as a scoot activity, you might just use them as a "pass" activity. The students remain in their desks, complete the problem, and then pass the card to the left or to the right each time you ring a bell, buzzer, etc.
You also might use the cards to project onto the smartboard and have boys and girls answer each problem on their whiteboards. When I do this, I do one at a time. The boys and girls write their answer down. Then we check to see which one is correct and discuss why the others are not. Then the students erase their boards, and we move on to the next card.
