Description

Directions: Create your own circuit workout for each of the three categories: cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility and muscular strength. Pick six exercises for each circuit. Decide how many times you would like to do each exercise. Choose anywhere between 5-20 reps. Complete the circuit 3-5 times or for however long you feel comfortable, then take a break. Add a challenge if you like to challenge yourself.
