Product Description
Students will read each sentence. They will decide if it is a compound sentence or not. If it is, they will cut it out and glue it under the COMPOUND SENTENCE heading. If it is not, they will cut it out and glue it under the NOT A COMPOUND SENTENCE heading.

Examples of non-compound sentences - they aren't 2 complete sentences, they have a conjunction but it's in a series, and more. Students need to look to see if it is two complete sentences connected with a comma and a conjunction.
