Students will read each sentence. They will decide if the compound sentence is written correctly or incorrectly. If it is written correctly, they will cut it out and glue it under the CORRECT heading. If it is not, they will cut it out and glue it under the INCORRECT heading. There are 12 sentences to sort.
Example of incorrect sentences - commas will be in the wrong spot, there might not be a comma, or it doesn't need a comma because it isn't a real compound sentence.
There is also a page where the students can re-write the incorrect sentences to make them correct. There is a lined page and an unlined page.
