Compound Statements (Conjunction and Disjunction) Activity
This engaging PowerPoint activity will help students write compound statements (conjunctions and disjunctions), recognize their symbolic notation, and determine their truth value. Students record the compound statements on their recording worksheet and hold up a green card if the statement is true or a red card if the statement is false. Answers can be checked on the PowerPoint by clicking on the green check or red X. There are 12 questions total. Use all at once, or break it up and use it multiple times as review, a warm-up, exit ticket, etc.!
This activity was designed for a high school level geometry class. It works perfect in conjunction with my Logic and Proof Unit Bundle!
