This is a comprehensive study guide for the Constitution test. It is organized the way the Constitution is. It starts with the Preamble and then goes through each article, explaining the powers of each branch etc.
Different districts use different tests and this guide can be adapted to whatever you need. It could be used as a note-taking guide as they learn or used as a review guide at the end.
I used this for high school students and if you are teaching middle school US history, perhaps some of the details could be removed. It is 8 pages long but then there are extra pages that include the answer key.
I live in Illinois and there are a few questions related to our US Representative and senators. You can adjust those to your own state. If you are unsure as to who the representative is where your students live, you can look on the Congress.gov website. It is easy to find it.
This information is accurate as of August 2014. It should be accurate unless something changes in November. I will update it at that time.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
