This is a contingency map for students who have a difficult time transitioning off the computer after a break. I have used this with individual studies tied to behavior plans. I put this next to the computer and remind the student before his/her break and then refer to it after the break. It shows a clear consequence for demonstrating a unsuccessful behavior and it shows the reward for demonstrating a successful behavior. This contingency map has been very effective in my classroom and sets a clear expectation.
