Two activities are included in this resource with the list of programming tutorial sites. Both can be used with any of the listed tutorials, though they may not be as applicable to languages without typical programming constructs such as loops and variables (HTML and CSS, for example)
• Brief list of online coding resource sites aimed at students and beginning coders, with directions for accessing tutorials for students
• List of 8 follow-up questions for students completing a coding tutorial
• Vocabulary exercise formatted as a Bingo board, where students record programming vocabulary words they encounter while completing the tutorial.
As student responses to the included activities will vary widely depending on the activity for which they are used, no answer key is included. Please feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for any clarification on the provided exercises.
