Product Description
CC.8.EE.1 Know and apply the properties of integer exponents to generate equivalent numerical expressions. For example, 3^2 × 3^(–5) = 3^(–3) = 1/(3^3) = 1/27.

This practice problem set gives students a scaffolded exploration as to why we add the exponents when multiplying numbers in exponential form.

There are also some slope problems included, but you can delete those of course if you don't need them.
