A concept so critical in marketing, that it can contribute to the success of a business or even lead to the downfall. It will allow students to understand the importance of effective branding as well as gain more knowledge about product lines, product categories and product assortments. Students will also understand how increasing or decreasing breadth and depth affects the level of branding. Other concepts such as brand loyalty, brand association and brand ownership will be discussed as well as basic branding strategy.
