This document contains information on my behavior tracking system for elementary grades. I developed this system while working as a Third Grade teacher in 2009. This system helped me track the number of behaviors incidences for each of my students throughout the day. This allowed me to successfully communicate to parents the student’s daily behavioral patterns and accurately grade conduct for each grade reporting period. This method has been so effective that my grade level decided to adopt my conduct tracking system to accurately report and lower behavior incidences.
