In this video of a lab (same name, available in my store), I walk through my conductor insulator lab.
You can get a more detailed description of the lab from that item in the store, but essentially, students will use a simple circuit setup to determine if various materials are conductors, insulators, or in one case, a resistor.
The video first goes through the basic setup of the lab, as well as the basics of what a conductor/insulator/resistor is, and how it will affect the circuit (which has a miniature light in it). Following this, I complete the lab.
I use this video for lab make-up, but it can also be used to help teachers who are new to teaching the lab.
The video is 5:55 long, and is in 1080p, mp4 format.
