Use these editable conference forms to help organize individual student information for conferences. There are several different options for pages to fit your needs the best! You can copy and paste a slide in the PPT to duplicate any specific form orientation that you prefer!

I recommend using this product if you want a place to put all your student information on one page to use to guide Parent Teacher Conferences. I create a two page spread that works best for my own needs and print back to back. I fill out this form for each individual student and share with parents at the conference. It creates a very easy and structured conferencing time. :)

The font's are not embedded for the editable slides. The font's I used were Amy Groesbeck's AG Taco Tuesday and AG How Do You Survive. Feel free to use other fun fonts as well!!
