At our school, we use various standardized tests to measure students' progress in addition to the state tests that take a long time to report with results. I wanted a way to show parents their child's growth in comparison to the other students in the grade as well as their progress towards their goal for the end of the year.
This is a link to a google sheets file that will automatically graph a student's test scores, a grade or class average, and a progress goal.
Each individual sheet contains two graphs, we use them for math and reading but can be used for any two tests.
I use them for parent teacher conferences and for progress monitoring for intervention.
Type your students' information into the first tab of the sheet and the following sheets will auto-populate to graph, there is even a space to type comments.
