Classroom drama is a big problem, and it's important that the students come up with their own solutions and learn to talk about their feelings and listen to others to work out problems with others. So I have a section of my room dedicated to working out problems with peers. I want to be sure they have the tools to talk, listen, and understand problems, so I laminate directions for them to follow and then have forms for them to fill out.
The first document is a step by step process for partner one and partner two to take to solve a conflict.
The second document is a form to sign to show that they reached a resolution by talking out their feelings and coming to a resolution that helped both parties!
