7 pages of practice for students to learn how to resolve their own conflicts. Perfect for classroom conflict mediations and small group counseling.
-What would a Superhero do? (Comparing what you would do in a situation and what you should do)
-The Superheroes and the Elephant. (Based off an old fable that tells the story of how a person's perception can effect the conflict)
-Making good decision. (practice making good choices)
-The Rules for Fighting Fair (how to resolve a conflict fairly with simple rules and practice for students to use the rules)
-Examples of what is not fighting fair and a practice for students to review conflicts and point out the unfair fighting.
-Using "I" messages to communicate, and practice using those messages in certain conflicts.
