Use forms of preferir, pensar, ir a, and querer before infinitives to talk about future plans.
This is like tic tac toe but the objective is to get four x's or o's in a row on the board to win. The player can put his/her "x" or "o" on a space on the grid by conjugating the verb in that column with the subject in the row. I usually start by playing teacher vs. class with the grid projected via overhead transparency or on the smart board. Then I divide the group into two teams (usually boys vs. girls) and they play against each other for a game or two. Finally, I pair the students up and they play another round or two against one another. The kids love it. Great for elementary and middle school, but could work in high school too.
