For students that might be having trouble identifying the values of variables in a kinematics problem, this worksheet makes the identification explicit by asking the student to fill out a table.
The student is then asked to determine which constant acceleration equation would work best for that problem.
The student is not asked to solve the problem, but that could be done as a class activity or as a homework assignment.
This is appropriate for an introductory high school physics class. It is appropriate for New York State Regents Physics.
A detailed answer key is provided.
