This PDF is has information and writing activities for Constitution Day, September, 17, 2013! (It could be used anytime throughout the year when teaching the constitution!

Included are:
-Cover Page which tells students why we celebrate and honor the constitution.
-The Facts about the Constitution
- Two sheets to get students writing. One they come up with three rules they follow at school or home, and are asked if they would amend, or change any of those rules. The second sheet can be done in many different ways by having students write their own constitution. They can do a rough draft and use this pretty paper for the final copy. They can work individually, in groups, partners, or filled in together as a class! Whatever you choose!
-Lastly Ive included a simple diagram of how the Constitution sets up our government.
-Also included are two bonus pages, one with the star border and yellow frame that are blank for your use. Second, is the star border by itself for your use.
