---- I offer this SAME passage in two different formats. This particular product is a one page passage with 9 text-based questions that go along with the passage.

This passage was written with 4th graders in mind, but it can be used with more advanced third graders or weaker fifth grade readers. Please use your best judgement.
This pack includes a one page reading passage that should help students better understand the holiday of Constitution Day.
In addition to the passage, there are 9 questions. One is on the definition of Compromise, one question is on the Great Compromise, and then there are seven other questions.
An answer key is also provided.
