This is a way for students to learn about what is in the Constitution without having to read it blindly. It is a series of questions or scenarios that involve having to look at specific sections of the Constitution and tell whether the scenario is possible or not possible based on the text.
I will change the names from year to year to reflect the current class of students. It is usually quite funny when a student reads their name in the scenario or situation. It is a little harder for middle school students, however they can do it. I also used this activity when I taught high school government.
