What educators are saying

This is a fun way to work on context clues. They just love guessing games. My 4th graders just raved over it.
I used the resource during our morning meeting to go over what we had previously learned the day before and the students loved it.

Description

Context Clues can be tricky, but this context clue matching game is a quick and fun way for students to practice using their context clues! For whole group, split the class in teams and call out the clues. The first team to correctly identify the object wins a point. In small groups, students can match the clues with the answer as a memory match game. Use this Context Clues game to save you time as you differentiate instruction! The context clues game is great to have on hand as an extension activity for early finishers, a work station, and a remediation activity that can be led by a volunteer or paraprofessional to practice context clues.
