Do you need engaging, context clues worksheets for your middle schoolers? You've found them!
This context clues activity is based on our second history of Hip Hop and rap music song, taking an in-depth look at how Hip Hop culture and rap music formed in the Bronx, New York. The context clues questions for the reading passage have multiple-choice answers that are based on content vocabulary words from the passage.
Hasn't this already been done? There are TONS of educational songs out there, but none of them are fully integrated into reading activities based on the song lyrics. With Rap Opera for Kids, when the music stops, the learning doesn't.
This activity includes:
- the song lyrics
- 7 multiple-choice, context clues questions for defining content vocabulary words in the song with the answer key.
