After learning about the range of evidence Wegener collected and the discovery of sea-floor spreading, read the poem. Instruct students to circle specific evidence and underline the reasoning statements in the poem. Then instruct them to add new lines of text. Students will focus on 1 specific piece of evidence and the reasoning behind it as support for moving continents. And yes it must rhyme!
