Contra el reloj. Students will fill in the verb table as they race against the clock. They will complete the verb table as quickly and as accurately as possible. Any mistake will result in ten seconds of additional time to their overall score. Their time will be recorded when they finish.Distribute the papers face down. Students will simultaneously turn the papers over while the teacher starts the clock. Students have to complete verb conjugations and translate verbs into English (two tasks per box). The individual who is able to record answers most quickly and accurately wins the game. Each table in this bundle is 6x6 with four verbs per table. The sets of verbs are (loosely) grouped together based on theme rather than being grouped together based on -ir, -er, -ar, regular, or irregular categories. The verbs are grouped as follows:
Set 1: ser, tener, ir, poder
Set 2: estar, querer, saber, entender
Set 3: abrir, cerrar, salir, llegar
Set 4: hacer, aprender, estudiar, escribir
Set 5: creer, pensar, ver, conocer
Set 6: bailar, cantar, jugar, celebrar
Set 7: decir, hablar, escuchar, contestar
Set 8: dar, dejar, ayudar, compartir
Set 9: venir, llevar, volver, seguir
Set 10: ganar, perder, comenzar, terminar
Set 11: comer, beber, tomar, probar
Set 12: quedarse, encontrar, poner, buscar
There are a total of 48 verbs on 12 different tables in this bundle. The typical 9 subject pronoun set (Yo through Ustedes) is utilized on each table (with Vosotros included). There are also a few proper names mixed into some of the tables (i.e. Nico y yo/comer - comemos - Nico & i eat, etc.).
