This is a freebie I offer on my blog. It was designed to help my ELL students gain a better understanding of contractions.
Please note that these worksheets are not generic worksheets. They are designed around my 2 cats who have inspired many writing assignments in our class.
I have included a brief history on Max and Ellie to make the worksheets more relevant to you and your students. Your students will get a real taste for these two special cats. BUT if you are looking for more generic practice sheets these are not a good fit for you.
