Product Description
Ahh...your kiddos have performed contraction surgery and still need more practice. What's a doctor to do? Follow-up surgeries, of course! This deluxe package contains tons of fun stuff for your little "contraction-ologists" who are aspiring to do more! Here's what's included:

*64 word cards (two words and contraction cards) in 2 different versions (1 set with full-colored backgrounds and 1 set with white backgrounds). You can use these for a variety of activities. Suggested activities, directions and recording sheets are included. Each page contains the same word to be contracted, so you can easily differentiate by using different pages.

*5 pages of words to use for students to use with contraction surgeries (each page contains the same word to be contracted, so you can easily differentiate by using different pages).

*28 "I Have... Who Has" whole class card game (2 versions for printing)

*5 task cards explaining partner and independent activities to use in centers. These include practice for taking contractions apart and also for putting them back together.

*2 recording sheets for the center activities and one Medical Records booklet for recording "surgeries."

***Make sure to pick up my freebie poster to go along with this set!

***Also, check out my coordinating interactive WEBSITE, called “Contraction Surgery,” also on TPT. The website access is great for classrooms with one-on-one computers so each child can easily access the step-by-step information for performing contraction surgery and loads of practice using contractions. It is also great for classrooms like mine, that only have 2 ipads. I just have the children access the website during center time for guided practice. Check out "Contraction-Surgery Website Fun" by stopping by my store.
