Description
This is an activity to introduce contractions to your students. There is an idea/materials for a whole group lesson included, as well as an independent activity to reinforce the concepts just taught. My students had a blast performing "surgery" on their contractions, and every single one of them knows what an apostrophe is and always remember to use them!
