You can use this activity for many different grammar points... as long as there is a affirmative/negative answer in response.
There are many actions on the boxes and the students must ask a question for example...
"Did you make sushi?"
"Can you make sushi?"
"Was the sushi made by you?" ...
You can decide on the grammar point and write an example in the blank space at the top of the page.
First the student fill in their own actions in the 3 empty boxes.
All the students start at the first box. They ask a friend the question they are on and get an answer.
If the answer if positive, they movie along the WHITE arrow. And if negative, they move along the BLACK arrow.
They then move on to another student and ask the question they are currently on.
Student who finish in the time allocated are the winners.
