I’ve used these conversation cards as time fillers whenever we have a free minute, or when people are gone for a field trip. My favorite way is with Café y Conversaciónes, where kids bring in their own coffee or tea or hot chocolate and are permitted to drink it so long as they speak in Spanish. These are great conversation starters for higher levels, but I use these particular ones with my Spanish I class.
For these activities, I print out the cards on colored card stock and laminate them for the year, so it’s easy to bring them out whenever we need a break.
