180 OPEN-ENDED questions for EVERY DAY OF THE SCHOOL YEAR: 18 pages
Use with your students, your own children at home or give to parents to get their own children talking around the dinner table about their day at school.
Your kids will love talking to you about their day by presenting it as a game every day!
Cut out all 180 questions.
Fold all open-ended question strips in half or leave as is.
Put all strips into a large cup or decorated mason jar.
Every day, take one question out and ask your children/students the open-ended question.
It is SO important to ask children at a young age "open-ended" questions rather than "yes/no" questions when finding out information about their day at school. Included are several very silly questions as well, so have fun with it!
This activity will get your children/students in the habit of having a conversation with you about their day, rather than stating "yes/no", "I don't know", "we did nothing today", and "my day was fine".
