This is the cookbook of 24 recipes that I wrote for my SPED transition students. We are teaching confidence in the kitchen so students can feel more independent and make healthier eating choices. Each recipe is broken up into modified step-by-step instructions that are easy to understand and follow. These recipes are rated easy, intermediate and advanced depending on the skills required. We can complete each recipe in about 30 minutes (including washing and putting away dishes). And they are all "from scratch" recipes that are actually cooking skills, not "how to make a turkey sandwich."
