4 Great Games to play as lesson or as open-ended game!
Reduce the number of cookies used based on the child’s level.
Use either cards in a pile or spread out face up on table based on desired level of difficulty.
Game 1: Color Sorting- Use cookie jars with listed colors. Have the student put the correct cookies in the colored jars. Have student draw cards and sort.
Game 2: Shape Sorting- Use cookie jars with shapes on them. Have the student put the correct cookies in the jars by shape.
Game 3: Negation- Use jar that say cookies WITH sprinkles and jar that says cookies with NO sprinkles. Have student draw cards and determine which cookies do/do NOT have sprinkles.
Game 4: Following Directions-Use following directions page to ask students to locate cookies based on description.
