This is a fun way to practice graphing and naming ordered pairs. Much like the popular Battleship game, two students will play each other, trying to find objects hidden in their opponent's coordinate plane. The difference is instead of looking for battleships, the students are searching for singles, doubles, triples, and homeruns! If a player guesses an ordered pair that has nothing labeled, it is an out! Score is kept just like in baseball. The students love this activity, and it is especially fun during the fall or spring baseball season!
