This Coordinate Grid Challenge - 4 Quadrant packet features 10 pictures that are created by connecting ordered pairs that include both positive and negative numbers. Excellent for practicing plotting points, these challenges are made with several sets of ordered pairs. Answer keys for each of the 10 challenges and a specially numbered blank answer sheet are included in the packet.
Since the title and directions give hints, but don't tell what the picture might be, students will try to be the first to figure out the picture as they plot the points.
Be prepared to run extra blank grid sheets for students who want to create their own pictures and sets of ordered pairs for the rest of the class to solve. In addition to the ordered pair sheets and a blank answer sheet, students will need a pencil (or colored pencil), a ruler, and an eraser - just in case. 3 of the pictures have special coloring instructions which require crayons, markers, or colored pencils.
