NOTE: The images in the thumbnails look as though some of the grids are washed out, but that is NOT what they look like when you view the file or when you print it! I have no idea why some lines are so faint on here!
Valentine's Day or any day...Every day is a great day to love math! This four-quadrant graphing mystery picture includes wholes and halves with the coordinates written as decimals. Three levels are included so you can choose the length and difficulty that is right for your students (I know I've had students who are easily overwhelmed if the list of coordinates is too long!). An extension page is also included for early finishers. Your students will love graphing, coloring, and displaying their beautiful pictures!
Included in this resource:
1) Cover page
2) List of contents
3) Coordinate plane work page with helpful graphing hints at bottom
4/5) Version one answer key and list of coordinates (longest...as seen on cover)
6/7) Version two answer key and list of coordinates (shorter...does not include two bottom hearts)
8/9) Version three answer key and list of coordinates (shortest...does not include two bottom hearts or second outline of big heart)
10) Alternative version - Students graph everything but the word "math." They graph their own word and list the coordinates used.
11) Extension - Everything is graphed already except the word "math." Students graph their own word and list the coordinates used.
