**All you need is a deck of cards for each pair of players**
This is a card game using the numbers and colors of the cards in a regular deck to have students practice writing ordered pairs. Be sure to model the game prior to "letting them loose".
This is a 5th grade Common Core Standard (although I teach 4th grade and use it at the end of the year as practice).
There are two levels of difficulty. Level one uses only positive numbers (quadrant I) and Level two uses both positive and negative numbers (quadrants I, II, III, and IV).
NOTE: if you are on limited paper/printing (like I am), you can print one set of record sheets and slip them into clear sheet protectors. Use dry erase markers to record.
