Help identify coping skills for one's negative thoughts, feelings, and experiences with the "Snap Out of It" camera craft. This fun activity may be used in the classroom, individual or group counseling.
Once the craft is completed, simply write or draw what is not going your way along with your feelings on the negatives. Next, write or draw your responses on the camera's pictures to the strategies for feeling better question prompts. Put the completed craft in your coping skills tools box or use for problem-solving discussion and practice.
