Description
This product, by Counselor Clique, are my Coping Skills Handouts. These 4 PDF handouts consist of: "Tips for Loneliness," "Tips for a Healthy Bedtime Routine," "Tips for Keeping a Routine," and "Self Care Tips." This school counseling takeaway resource is ready to print and put in the hands of middle or high school students to remind them to practice healthy coping skills. These are standard 8.5" x 11" sheets.
No prep needed for the school counselor, just print and hand to a student or (with my current temporary terms of use, upload to a secure platform like Google Classroom, send in a newsletter, or email directly to a student or group of students). This resource is NOT editable. It is currently tagged as a digital resource as many school counselors are using it during this distance learning time.
How Can I Use This?
- upload to a closed, password protected circuit like Google Classroom, Blackboard, Seesaw, etc.
- send to a student/group of students or parents via email
- print and share with a student
- as a lead in to a small group like the Stress Management Small Group
