Hey there! Thanks for looking at my Coping Skills Bundle. This bundle was created to help teach students strategies to help themselves calm down. The bundle's main idea is based off an acronym I created using the letters from "coping". "C" stands for create, "O" stands for objects, "P" stands for positive self-talk, "I" stands or inhale and exhale, "N" stands for nature, and "G" stands for gratitude. This acronym is to help students learn different coping strategies they can try.
With this lesson you get:
-A poster explain the acronym
- Activites such as a pre/post-test, draw/write their coping strategies for each letter, a cut and paste activity, and a fill-in-the-blank worksheet
- A powerpoint lesson with suggestions for each letter (ex: Nature - taking a walk outside, going to the beach) and presenter notes
- A black and white pamphlet (for them to color and make their own) to help them remember their coping strategies on the go
