PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Use this download as a workbook for teens learning to manage mental health crises, or as part of making a coping toolbox. In my counseling office I have my Coping Skills Toolbox stash--a plastic bin filled with cheap/usually free coping tools collected at yard sales, giveaways, etc., including sensory items (bubble wrap, play dough, slime, peppermint candy, stress balls, coloring and sketching supplies, mini notebooks, cheap earbuds, etc.), pencil pouches (to put the coping items into), and this self-efficacy building workbook.

Part of growing up is learning how to manage mental health troubles, which is to say taking responsibility for growing the skills necessary to manage and thrive. This workbooks is one useful, empowering tool to help at-risk teens learn to plan ahead for and manage crises. This workbook includes crisis lines, a space for teens to make notes, a page devoted to feeling word vocabulary, a space to list coping skills that have been useful in the past, a page devoted to listing their support system, a crisis plan, a DBT Distress Tolerance Cheat-Sheet, and more!

Simply print, line up, staple, utilize, and watch your scholars grow.
