How to Use
Cut out cards, laminate, and put on a ring. You may give to individual students to use on their own. Students can choose which cards and coping strategies best apply to them. In times of need, students should independently utilize their coping strategies key ring and choose an activity to help them de-escalate and calm down. Sets of cards can also be placed in the principal's office, with the school counselor, in a calm down area, or at the nurse.
