This lift-a-flap-style coping strategies books gives students the opportunity to identify the physiological, emotional, and cognitive experiences associated with 5 emotions (anger, embarrassment, sadness, worry, and fear). On the top page, students write their unique physiological experiences. Lift the flap and reveal coping strategies and stress management techniques for managing the experience.
Cut along horizontal dotted lines and glue or staple along the vertical column to create the lift-a-flap book.
Each emotion comes in color or black/white and experiences/strategies already identified and blank.
This is a great tool for working one-on-one with students in counseling settings or in small groups promoting emotional intelligence.
